Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service at https://ai-industry-research-production.fuzhengtian8.workers.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

AI INDUSTRY RESEARCH is an AI-powered industry research tool. Based on a user-supplied industry keyword, the Service automatically searches public web sources, summarizes and synthesizes findings, and produces a research report that may be viewed online or exported as HTML / PDF / DOCX.

The Service relies on third-party language models and search providers. Outputs are automated analysis for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, accounting, or professional advice of any kind.

You may use the public guest research entry without creating an account. To access saved history, subscription quotas, and workspace features you must register and maintain an account.

You are responsible for (a) safeguarding your credentials and (b) all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at fuzhengtian8@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Service or its AI models.
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product, or scrape / redistribute report outputs at scale.
• Input personal data of third parties without their consent, or any sensitive regulated data (health records, financial identifiers, etc.) into research parameters.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Waffo Pancake, our authorized payment processor. By starting a paid plan you authorize Waffo Pancake to charge your selected payment method on the billing schedule you choose (monthly, by default).

• Report quotas are per calendar month and reset on the 1st day of each month (UTC). Unused reports do not roll over.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Plan changes: upgrading takes effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
• You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time from Account → Billing, or by emailing fuzhengtian8@gmail.com.

All prices are quoted in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added by Waffo Pancake based on your location.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

If the Service is materially unavailable or fails to perform for an entire billing period due to causes within our control, please contact fuzhengtian8@gmail.com within 30 days for a prorated or full refund at our discretion. Refunds are handled through Waffo Pancake and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Partial-month refunds are not offered for unused report quotas.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

As between you and the operator: (a) you retain ownership of the inputs you submit; (b) the operator retains ownership of the Service, its models, its software, trademarks and logos. To the extent permitted by applicable law, outputs generated by the Service are provided to you under the same license terms above, on an "AS IS" basis with no warranty of originality.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output is accurate, complete, or reliable. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information — always verify claims against primary sources before making decisions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and — where reasonable — via email to subscribed users. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, or to comply with legal requirements. Upon termination, subscription access ends at the close of the then-current billing cycle.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
